What Are You Reading?

What is your latest literary conquest?  Share your new favorite books here by leaving a comment.  Perhaps you will inspire someone else to check out a fantastic new book!

I recently read Same Kind of Different as Me, an amazing true story about the unlikely friendship between a homeless black man and a wealthy white art dealer.  Real life is so much stranger than fiction!  This book is interesting, in that the story is told by its two main characters.  One chapter will be written by one man, and the next by his friend.  Since it is written the way each of them speaks, this literary device helps the reader get into the characters even further.  It is so interesting to see the same event through two different sets of eyes!

This is a fairly easy and quick read; nothing terribly complex.  Keep a tissue handy, however!  I highly recommend this book.

What have you read lately??
